Our Collectiva Concepcion Joaquina Maxi Dress features a flowing A-line silhouette with long blouson sleeves and a keyhole V-neckline. The piece features beautifully gathered accents, and Deshilado, a process of removing weft threads to create a base for intricate lace-like embroidery.

Handcrafted by artisans in San Felipe de los Herreros in Michoacan, Mexico.

Preserving Traditions

Collectiva employs 230 artisans in the Mexican states of Chiapas, State of Mexico, and Michoacán. These artisans, mostly women, earn above 170% the minimum wage and are given the flexibility to work from home as they care for their families.
