Story

Our Adriana Castro La Cesta in Black is a large tote with open mesh pattern with braided handles. The bag  is inspired by the weave of the rocking chairs found in the towns along the Magdalena River. Handcrafted by artisans in Colombia.

FROM COLOMBIA WITH LOVE

A Family of Weavers

Castro works with an indigenous master weaver and several members of his family, mostly women, to produce her bags and accessories. It's a painstaking process that requires great skill. A single spiral bag can take between five to seven days to produce.
