Our Collectiva Concepcion Lea Top is effortless in a pullover silhouette with voluminous long sleeves, a keyhole V-neckline, and Deshilado, a process of removing weft threads to create a base for intricate lace-like embroidery, at the shoulders and sleeves. Handcrafted by artisans in San Felipe de los Herreros in Michoacan, Mexico.

Preserving Traditions

Collectiva employs 230 artisans in the Mexican states of Chiapas, State of Mexico, and Michoacán. These artisans, mostly women, earn above 170% the minimum wage and are given the flexibility to work from home as they care for their families.
